Nope! They work with any bait that has a fully enclosed line tie. We use them with jerk baits, crank baits, chatterbaits, swimbaits, jigs, plastics, and more...

We tried the cheap $2 shipping option in the early days and we found that our customers would much rather pay the extra money to receive a tracking number for their order!

They will work with a split ring, but we do recommend removing it on most baits. The stainless steel clips will act just like the split ring and give your lure the same, if not better action.

Once your bait is clipped on, it takes a specific technique to position the bait in the perfect spot with the right amount of pressure to be removed. If fish had fingers, they might be able to try... but our customers have successfully caught thousands of fish on them!
